Terms and Conditions of Service

Reid's Cargo Care ("we," "us," or "our") provides shipping services to its customers ("you" or "your") subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Definitions
- "Shipment" means all packages, parcels, or freight transported by us.
- "Services" means the shipping, logistics, and related services provided by us.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Collection Of Personal Data And Security
We provide, obtain, and may store your personal information within the scope of the use described in this document when you:
- Create an account to receive news or notifications from aeropost;
- Maintain a business relationship with aeropost or communicate with us for any other reason, whether by email, phone, fax, in writing, or in person at one of our offices.

We make all commercially reasonable efforts to protect such information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration through technical, contractual, physical, and administrative measures.

4. Shipment Preparation
You are responsible for properly packaging and preparing your Shipment for transportation. We reserve the right to refuse any Shipment that is not properly packaged or prepared.

5. Liability
We shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or delay to any Shipment caused by:

- Acts of God, natural disasters, or weather conditions
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Mechanical failure or breakdown of vehicles or equipment
- Your failure to properly package or prepare the Shipment
- Your failure to provide accurate or complete information about the Shipment

Our liability for any damage, loss, or delay to any Shipment shall be limited to the lesser of the actual value of the Shipment or $100.

6. Insurance
We offer optional insurance coverage for your Shipment. If you choose to purchase insurance, you must provide accurate and complete information about the Shipment's value and contents.

7. Payment
You are responsible for paying all charges and fees associated with our Services, including shipping costs, fuel surcharges, and any applicable taxes or duties.

8. Cancellation
You may cancel your Shipment at any time prior to pickup or departure. However, you may be subject to cancellation fees or charges.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, including but not limited to the:

- Jamaican Constitution
- Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, 2001
- Sale of Goods Act, 1978
- Consumer Protection Act, 2005

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Jamaican Arbitration Centre.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Jamaican Arbitration Centre.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
